We develop exclusive packaging - made to measure - for both the self-service and the food service industries, becoming deeply involved in each project. From the initial idea to its manufacture, and through all the steps in between, the creation of a design, a prototype, moulds... To achieve this, we use all the technology available to our sector: 3D renderings, prototype moulds to make pre-series (obtaining real packaging), high production and high performance moulds that guarantee the required production capacity, etc.
On the other hand, we also have a wide range of standard packaging that allows us to comprehensively meet the needs of the food sector. Ready-made dishes, cheeses, pickles, fresh pasta, meat, fish... All manner of foodstuffs and prepared dishes find the perfect ally in our packaging which is able to preserve their organoleptic properties to ensure that the consumer enjoys their contents in the best possible conditions. Attentive at all times to market trends, our catalogue continuously adds new models with which to respond to - and even to anticipate - new demands.
On the other hand, there is the option of decorating and customising the packaging, providing an extra differentiation on the display shelf through multiple technologies: IML labelling, which is perfectly integrated into the packaging and guarantees excellent legibility of the text and barcode; PML labelling, on adhesive vinyl, ideal for medium-size runs; screen printing, as a practical solution for including logos, barcodes or specific promotions on the packaging...
Most plastic food packaging marketed by Sarabia Pack is heat sealed. Trays, plates or buckets are ideal for the food industry because they can contain all manner of foodstuffs and prepared dishes. In addition, their heat seal provides them with the necessary airtightness to prevent leakage. There are others, of course, but these are the great allies of the Catering industry, because they preserve the freshness and quality of the products, and many of them can be microwaved and placed in the oven, as well as in the freezer. On the other hand, the fact that they are stackable makes them easy to transport - and then to store - with the subsequent savings in terms of both money and logistics.
